About Us

Lavender Consulting was started by a queer trans woman. Using her own journey and experience she saw a need to help. She wanted to make sure all employees and clients felt welcomed when they worked, shopped, or visited a business. Lavender is one of the many symbols of the LGBTQIA+ community showing empowerment and resistance. Many colleges and universities now offer Lavender Graduations for this very reason.

While LGBTQIA+ and trans employees often feel that their employees are accepting, they also feel more can be done. Our mission is to provide businesses the tools needed to make the workplace inclusive for all employees and clients. Making your business inclusive for both employees and clients can drive business up! When employees feel safe in a workplace they may show more care towards your business. Being an accepting and safe place can mean everything to someone.
